Responsibilities

-  Preparing schedules for construction works.

-  Preparing schedule layout for engineering, submittals and construction works.

-  Estimating delays impact on the project.

-  Preparing EOT claims including delays events impacts during the project life time.

-  Review and evaluate subcontractor’s EOT claims.

-  Procurement Management.

-  Preparing one and two weeks look ahead programs and monitoring progress with site engineers.

-  Preparing weekly, monthly and special progress reports.
