As the Managing Director’s direct report, my duties and responsibilities included:
- Management of the project team in the development and completion of project activities including plans, schedules, cost estimates and budgets, technical and commercial bids evaluations, progress reports and other related project documentation.
- Management of project site contracts and activities, ensuring the project site assets are in good condition.
- Preparation and presentation to Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and to NNPC Top Management on project status.
- Contributing to Board papers and Seniors Meetings.
- Overseeing the development of the project’s Preliminary Economic Analysis.
