August, 1987 Commence career as an apprentice carpenter, then Leading Hand carpenter supervising sections of works. Trained as a planning resource (no computers!) Worked in the UK for 2.5 years with Richard Costain. On return, worked on the 43 story State Bank Centre as a senior planner. Transferred to Adelaide SA as the state planner. Returned to take up a senior planning role on the huge South Yarra Project.
