•         Developed and prepared all SD-01 submittals for NAVFAC approval including:

o    Safety and Accident Prevention Plan

o    Quality Control Plan

o    Environmental Protection Plan

•         Developed Schedule of Values, prepared and submitted to NAVFAC all Invoices and supporting documentation.

•         Also acted as Project Scheduler, in accordance with UFGS-01 32 01.00 10 PROJECT SCHEDULE, UFGS SECTION 01 32 16.00 20 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS DOCUMENTATION, and UFGS SECTION 01 32 17.00 20 Network Analysis Schedules (NAS) utilizing Primavera Project Planner (P3).

•         Led estimation through twelve RFPs.

•         Single-handedly led Barlovento LLC through their first project on African soil.

•         Acted as a point of contact within the department for all communications with the Client (NAVFAC) and other entities.

•         Delegated tasks, placing emphasis on individual strengths

•         Organized and chaired project meetings to monitor progress.

•         Liaised with senior Stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project within given time frame.

•         Provided technical and project management expertise.

•         Responsible for financial management and funding.

•         Responsible for the initial project set-up, report creation as well as client presentations.

•         Acted as a direct link between the client and the company.
