Set up, control and monitor Owners Budget.
Control and monitor EPCM Budgets.
Control and analysis of the Project Value of Work Done(VOWD).

Apply Companies Cost standards and procedures
Revision and approval of claims and site instruction.
Participate in contract packages review meetings for FFC.
Report to finance department FFC and actual.
Review and submit for approval progress payments.
