The Gautrain Rapid Rail Link is a rapid rail network being constructed in Gauteng Province, South Africa. The rail connection comprises of 10 stations (4 underground) with 15.5km of the route within tunnel with the remaining 65km at grade or on viaduct structures.
· Management of South Africa based LBA consultant.
· Evaluation of Contractor’s Monthly Reports and Programme updates.
· Assessment of Client risk due to project delay, mitigation and acceleration.
Production of regular planning reports
