February, 2017 Snr Project Controls specialist on the ZADCO UZ750 EPC2 Fabrication phase for 3 Sub-contractors in the SEAsia & China region. Scope 12 Mechanical Technical Rooms (MTRs), 12 Modules (PAUs 10.5k MT), and 5 Electrical Buildings (MSS & PGSS).
Responsible to the Snr Area Fabrication Manager for the region, the role provided the following:
- Review/Analysis/Recommendation of Contractor / Sub-contractor Primavera Baseline proposals
- Review/Analysis of Contractor / Sub-contractor weekly progress reports
- Review and Forensic analysis of weekly and monthly Primavera schedule updates
- Review/Analysis/Recommendation of Contractor / Sub-contractor Re-forecast or Recovery Primavera schedules
- Development/Assisting development of comprehensive quantitative KPIs for each Sub-contractor
- Development of Company completion forecasts to assist Management decision making
- Assistance to Contractor / Sub-Contractors Project Controls teams with regards schedule development, management, monitoring , analysis and reporting
- Review and approval of monthly progress valuations
- Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Site and Home Office Management
- Presentations for Site Management, Project Management & Shareholder Management
