·       Developed, implemented the project cost control system to meet project requirements.

·       Development of Resource Histograms, ‘S’ Curves

·       Earned Value Analysis

·       Ensured the integrity of the data being processed and interfaced with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs.

·       Liaised with the accounts department to ensure that correct monthly invoices were produced.  Prepared monthly reports in conjunction with other team members.

·       Ensured coordination and cooperation between team members in regard to cost, planning and forecasting matters.

·       Developed the Project Plan for the Euro 2/3 Clean Fuels Project at BP Refinery in Kwinana and was responsible for the Project Cost Control function.  

·       Developed the Worley/BP Cost Matrix to enable costs to be reported and controlled across the Worley and BP accounting systems.

·       Liaised with management and engineers to ensure that project and budgetary constraints were met. 

·       Implemented and controlled the Materials Management System.
