Site Administration

• Managed and updated Safety inspection procedure’s records

      Safety & quality control

• Inspected erected scaffoldings and enforced  safety to use or not measures
• Managed and completed First Aider all site compliances ( Completion of the Fem forms during incidents )
• Managed daily records of tower inspections and shutter access for the Piers (structures)
• Managed subcontractors compliances  to safety and environmental regulations
• Arranged safety inductions for subcontractors before commencement of work
• Managed procuring of drainage pipes orders, inspected the quality delivered against issued for construction drawings and updated piping schedule

• Evaluated Pre- tender documents, Participated in the preparation of the overall work programme and  balanced resources to complete in time,
• Estimated cost of  temporary and permanent works, tender inspections and adjudication and prepared back charges schedules for the client
