Roles and Responsibilities: Currently managing and updating TF1021 – Ealing Common Depot – Civil Works Package – Construction Programme, TF1023- Ampere Way Retaining Wall Works Construction Programme.

  • Update Schedule in a weekly basis.
  • Successfully implementing the Earned Value Technique and reporting directly to the project manager and initiating process of cost-to-reports.
  • Monitor the project progress against approved project baseline for activities, milestones and dependencies.
  • Reviewing and mitigating target on critical path by allotting unused resources, starting activities in parallels, off-site fabrication of smaller equipment’s to free up limited space by 40%
  • Liaising with engineers, project managers and other project team members to keep plans updated and identify project issues particularly those with respect to schedule
  • Producing mini analytical programme for QS/PM in terms of new scopes or existing scopes
  • Preparing narrative for each periodic programme submission
  • Producing look head programme
  • Liaising with estimator to producing Tender Programme
  • Responding Submission comments to the client with follow-up submission
  • Obtaining information from the Asite and updating the programme
  • Analyze critical path to determine changes in schedule.
  • Attend weekly scheduling meeting and update the schedule. Notify Site Project Team of movement of dates.
  • Establish, manage and update new tendering schedules.

 

Roles and Responsibilities; Manage and update LU1049, LU1055, LU1058 (SER & ESR projects) programme schedules for various sites.

  • Successfully achieved 77 delay claimed by working on delay analysis using critical path in the Project LU1058-Barking SER)
  • Update Schedule in a weekly basis.
  • Monitor the project progress against approved project baseline for activities, milestones and dependencies.
  • Analyze critical path to determine changes in schedule.
  • Attend weekly scheduling meeting and update the schedule. Notify Site Project Team of movement of dates.
  • Establish, manage and update new tendering schedules.
  • Produce look ahead programme.
