I was responsible for timely execution of erection and commissioning of old and new machines of preparation area of tyres. My work includes starting from the initial phase of planning of project to its commissioning, analyzing the manpower requirement for each job and preparing manpower loading charts, study of the equipments and procurement of the required parts in erection of the equipment, refurbishment of equipment, making the work procedure for erection of equipment, and supervising the erection processes, preparing project report on a weekly basis.Preparing manpower & erection costing reports.
