  • Responsible for overall project planning & material controlling.
  • Updating E-P-C Schedule, identifying Critical activities and highlighting it to Project / Construction Manager, Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Project reports.
  • Preparation of Cash Flow Reports (look ahead for next 2 months), Cost Reports on a monthly basis, Costing and billing of all construction activities.
  • Progress Measurement-monitoring based on the physical progress & raising invoices to client, Monitoring Subcontractor Schedules w.r.t. actual progress.
  • Subcontractor invoicing, checking as per Work Order and processing for payment.
