- Resource loading the schedule with the estimate hours and creating the corresponding S-Curves to monitor the progress.
- Updating engineering progress using “CDM” software (same base of EZTrack) and reporting the progress to senior management.
Update accommodation forecast for execution projects based on updates from contractors and camps availability
