MAINTENANCE EXECUTION AND TURNAROUNDS

Shutdown Planning – Steering Committee appointments,

Strategy formulation, scope development and optimization.

Manage late scope submissions.

Pre-shutdown – Review materials demand and progress, move materials, prepare site, mobilization (Travel and HSSE induction).

Execution – Monitor progress and analyses and slippages.

Post shutdown – Demobilizations,

After Action Reviews (AAR).

Approve Functional plans,

integrated schedules and Personnel on Board forecast for maintenance and project jobs with necessary information to allow for the efficient and flawless execution of maintenance work.

Work Planning, Scheduling and Progress Reporting. Asset/Facility Computerized Maintenance Management System development (CMMS).

Evaluates job feedback to improve future work.

Provides technical assistance as required for maintenance personnel Manage Plans & Schedules, Analyze and improve.

Assists in the development of preventative maintenance programs.

Creates, uses, and maintains plant history and other technical information to include in current job plans.

Develop materials and equipment procurement plan as required. Interfaces with project and plant change planning as required.

Stakeholders Management, ensuring alignment to the planning process.

Provide input and maintain planning standards for maintenance OPEX & CAPEX budget developments and approvals with Government and Joint Venture Partners.

Possesses good level of technical and maintenance engineering skills with knowledge and the ability to keep up with current developments and trends in areas of Production Maintenance Engineering.

Good grasp of statutes/codes/regulations, including program procedures, methods and practices and their application Production Maintenance and Engineering

PROJECT EXECUTION AND MANAGEMENT

Excellent project management skills for managing resources, monitoring activities and assess environmental risk, safety, and quality issues associated with the planned project. Shell Project Management Master Class Integrated Activity Planning Master Class COMMUNICATION Communicates effectively in written and oral form, detailed and technical engineering information, guidelines and standards/statutes/codes/regulations to various audiences to ensure that information are understood. Prepares and delivers good presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
