- Develop and implementation planning procedures on:
- Project Controls integration with Commercial, Quality, Construction and QS Department.
- Interfacing and support to Claims Department.
- Project Setup
- Project Schedule Development
- Project Schedule Resourcing
- Project Schedule Costing and BIMS implementation
- Project Schedule Risk Analysis and Contingencies
- Project Schedule Quality Assurance
- Project Schedule Baselining
- Project Schedule Maintenance
- Project Schedule Forensics and Impact Analysis
In order to ensure quality, traceability and integrity of the planning department outputs.
- Development of project health dashboards and schedule tracking dashboards to assist the construction team in the timeous achievement of their deliverables.
- Investigate delay impacts caused by Quantity increases, engineering changes, Scope increases and access delays by the client.
- Establish the Baseline schedule and basis of schedule.
- Determine the schedule impacts of each delay through the windows time sliced method.
- Demonstrate SSBR’s entitlement in terms of time and time related costs arising from each delay instance over a 36 month period prior to my employment.
- Planning resource training and development in schedule maintenance, progress reporting, schedule forensics and delay analysis.
- Currently managing a team of 3 permanent and 4 consultant planners for the Kusile project.
