Planning Engineer April 2008 – April 2010 Project: DMRC IT Park (2B+G+8 storey building) at New Delhi – (US$ 15M) Police Station Building (3B+G+10 storey building) at New Delhi – (US$ 6M) Narayana Hospital (G+5, 4 buildings) at Jaipur – (US$ 4M) Sarovar Hotel (G+3, 3 buildings) at Roorkee – (US$ 2M) Dwarka Water Treatment plant (Water Treatment & Retaining Structures) at New Delhi – (US$ 7M) Keshopur Sewerage Treatment Plant at New Delhi – (US$ 6M) Cadbury Project (G+4, 5 buildings) at Baddi – (US$ 6M) Responsibilities: • Responsible for conducting Kick Off meeting with project manager to decide mobilization plan, staff requirement and also evaluate key deliverables, assumptions and general specifications of the job. • Preparing Master Schedule, monitoring and reviewing the same to give feed back about critical status to Regional Manager and concerned coordinators. • Preparing and Monitoring of MIS reports like Staff productivity statement, Procurement Schedule , Special Agency performance and Schedule , Plant and machinery requirement, Billed vs. Certified details, Reconciliation statements, Invoice, Expense and Labor projection statements. • Co-ordination with Supply Chain Management and Procurement departments for procuring Special Agency and Bought out materials by giving necessary technical inputs, delivery schedule and cost. • Preparation of Progress reports (Weekly, Monthly & Daily) & Weekly look ahead schedules. • Preparing financial forecast and budget turnover to analyze regional performance. • Monitoring and scrutinizing of ISO reports (Customer complaints, Rework, Scrap and Equipment maintenance). • Prepare Job Cost Report and responsible for cost control by optimization of resource utilization. • Assessment of EOT (Extension of Time) notifications & detailed Claims.
