•     Accountable for performance of Project Control System including people, processes and tools, to enable successful execution of the Project Management Office activities.

•     Established control accounts with clear budget allocations, ensuring effective estimating and scheduling, EVM, Risk Management, project reviews and reporting to the customer and company senior leadership.

•     Modelled change to delivery strategy and developed supporting contract change documentation to enable a more efficient execution of the Project.
