HEAD OF PLANNING AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the company’s Planning Department for the following main activities:
Projects scheduling using Primavera Project Planner.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) defining.
Defining milestones.
Assigning original duration and logical relationship to activities.
Allocating budgets.
Assigning and leveling resources.
Updating the progress, keeping control of the budgets.
Identifying and recommending corrective measures as to keep the projects within the original planned time frames and within their budgets.
Issue weekly and monthly progress reports for the ongoing projects.
Joining the team for offers issue during the company’s bidding processes by issuing the preliminary schedules of the new projects – complex plants and various installations / facilities.
Achievements:
Training a team of 10 trainees in project planning and control.
