PLANNING AND CONTROL MANAGER

EPC Contractor for PETROLEUM PRODUCTS STORAGE AND TRANSPORT FACILITIES.

Main Project: PETROLEUM PRODUCTS JETTIES RECONSTRUCTION at APAPA, LAGOS, Nigeria. Three Jetty Heads, 4 Loading Arms on each, piping corridor along1 km shore line between the Jetties, Pump Houses, Storage Tanks Farm, Manifold, Fire Fighting facilities, Control Room, various utilities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating Project Control Department.
Projects’ scheduling, progress updating, keeping control of the budgets.
Identifying corrective measures when needed, as to keep the projects within their original planned time frames and within their budgets.
Issue weekly and monthly progress reports for the on-going projects.
For the new projects: coordinating with Bidding Department.

Achievements:

Implementing a professional Project Management, Project Planning and Control system using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER as main tool, observing and enforcing the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2000 standards.
