The production workshop has been implemented for fabrication of PIPING PREFABS, STORAGE TANKS, PRESSURE VESSELS and STEEL STRUCTURE, mainly for export to Company’s overseas construction sites.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, plan and manage all Workshop’s activities. Leading a team of up to 100 employees.
Achievements:
Developing a professional Project Management, Project Planning and Control system for the Workshop, using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER, together with a strong reinforcement and observance of the Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001:2000 standards.
