SNR.PLANNING AND CONTROL ENGINEER

Company activity field:Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas facilities construction.

Project:PIPE RACKS, PILES, FLARES, JACKETS, BARGES construction and Load Out at Kuryk Base, Kazakhstan (onshore) for Kashagan Oil Field (offshore).

Client:AKCO (AGIP Kazakhstan Oil Company).

Responsibilities:

Developing L4-5 Project Schedule, using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER v 3.1.

Progress monitoring and measurement.

P3 schedule updating and analysis against the Base Line schedule.

Critical Path analysis. Corrective measures identifying and suggesting as needed.

 ā€œSā€-curves preparing and updating.

Manpower schedule issue. Leveling the manpower in the integrated schedule for the entire Construction Yard. Preparing Mobilization / Demobilization plans.

Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports issue. Various Look Ahead analyses.

Manpower monitoring; Man-hours WBS allocation monitoring; Manpower Daily Reports issue. Performance and actual productivities monitoring. Performance Reports issue.

Various reports, analysis and presentation as required by Project / Construction management.

Coordinating planning and control department for Kuryk Construction Yard.

 Achievements:

Participating, within an international expats team, in establishing a new, grass-root constructed Production Facilities Base (Construction Yard) on the Caspian shores, implementing a professional working system for Project Planning and Control.
The base has been commissioned and it is fully operational, various offshore oil facilities being presently under construction, including Pipe Racks, Piles, Jackets, Flares, Barges, etc.

Training a team of 8 trainees in project planning and control.
