  3.   Finalize the integrated reports including my part utilizing ACWP&BCWP and BCWS Techniques.

  • P.M.O Report Preparation Including Cost and Planning. (Internal)
  • Project Schedule updating and analysis for critical path for recommendations.
  • Issuing Remaining Works and Recovery Schedules.
  • Time impact analysis For Extension of Time.
  • Review Sub Contractors Schedules.
