-          Directly responsible for the planning structure of the Project.

-          Reviews and Approves baseline schedules for awarded packages.

-          Works closely with the Client in establishing short programs for summer target and end of year target.

-          Coordinates Works Programs between different contractors working in the same areas.

-          Evaluates and gives recommendations to Client for Extension of Time notifications and particulars submitted by the Contractors.

-          Reviews Contractors monthly progress reports and prepares Project Manager’s monthly report to the Client.

-          Monitored changes required from clients prior to sending to the Contractor to counsel on potential time impact.

-          Administrated contract and took charge of replying to Contractor’s letters related to contract issues.

-          Review and issue variation orders for contractors and consultants.
