-         Reviewing baseline schedules for awarded projects.

-         Reviewing & evaluating contractor’s monthly updates for running projects.

-         Evaluating performance on-site and suggesting corrective actions if needed.

-         Reporting to the client on a monthly basis.

-         Assisting the contract administrator in evaluation of claims.
