Project – Australia Pacific LNG Project, Curtis Island, Queensland, Australia
Green field LNG project with 2 trains of liquefaction facilities, 2 LNG storage tanks, marine jetty and associated OSBL facilities. With the first two gas production trains processing capacity up to 9 million tons per annum.

Duties and Responsibilities –
- eveloped and reviewed with team Level-3 integrated Start-up schedule, with inter system dependencies and priorities.
- Developed individual detail Level-5 subject schedules for
- Substations energization,
- Commissioning of 7 GTGs,
- Instrument Loop check,
- Compressor Mechanical Runs,
- Piping Air Blows and restoration
- Ready for Start-up
- 1st LNG Cargo.
- Quantify Start-up commodities, manpower and developed progress earning method calculation for measurement and reporting.
- Discussion with client and higher management for schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis and developing mitigation plan.
- Prepared and presented reports for management review meetings and weekly department meetings.
- Dash Boards to reflect the status of projects including monthly, weekly reports,
- CSU QURR, progress S-curves and performance reports..
