The Thameslink Programme:
The Thameslink programme is a £10.4.B development of the ‘Thameslink’ Brighton to Bedford national rail route in the south-east of England. Key Output Two involves the major development of Farringdon station, the redevelopment of Blackfriars and London Bridge stations, expansion of the central corridor from two-track to four-track from Farringdon to Blackfriars, rail systems renewals and major civil engineering works including installing an additional rail viaduct over Borough Market.
- Development of a property programme for the Consents, Environment and Property team (CEP) Project Manager using P3e V5 project management and scheduling software;
- Providing project support and assistance to including scheduling and planning support to the CEP team;
- Monitoring, updating and reporting on internal activities at (programme level) on the schedule.
- Interfacing with other programme level Planners and resolving programme issues.
- Monitoring programme handovers and interfaces.
- Alerting the CEP team to areas of scope requiring development.
