- Coordinate schedule of the subcontractors and incorporate the information gathered into the over-all project master schedule.
- Monitor and report critical path and schedule performance and evaluate alternative schedule options to indentify optimum project strategies resolving problems before and during the executuon of work.
- Update schedule and prepare report of the actual progress showing comparative analysis of the actual and planned progress (baseline).
