  • Modify the existing overall schedule using PRIMAVERA P6 software.
  • Create list of wbs, activities, its relationship with other activities (predecessors/successors), and lags for inputting in PRIMAVERA P6.
  • Estimate staff effort for each activity and forecast the duration of each activity using a standard productivity rate data.
  • Organize activities by defining and assigning activity codes.
  • Subdivide the overall schedule in 2 weeks look-ahead schedule.
  • Create a milestone schedule that highlights the major elements of the schedule.
  • Assign project resource and cost to each activity and create weekly cash flow and resource loading graph.
  • Adjust the cost loaded schedule and input the percentage completion every week.
  • Allocate manpower resources by defining and inputting manpower loading to each activity.
  • Level manpower resources by generating the manpower requirement based on Early Start Time, Late Start Time and Adjusted Time-Phased Diagram.
  • Measure progress and create reports on planned vs. actual accomplishment.
