As a Project Planning Manager I am responsible for the planning and monitoring of Sub Surface Railway Upgrade M&E projects of London Underground on behalf of UK Power Networks (EDF Energy).

Principal Responsibilities:

• Prepare Plans for new and upgrade of Substation construction works.
• Prepare plans for track side High Voltage cable installation works.
• Provide support & guidance in all Planning Management Activities
• Analysing planning & control requirements for the programme of works
• Developing procedures for use of the planning packages
• Producing WBC, Schedules, Critical Path Analysis, Reports and other planning documentation
• Project & Programme resource planning
• Cost Loading and cost analysis of programmes
