Maintenance Turnaround Planner/Scheduler, PETROKEMYA(SABIC) K.S.A, Major Turnarounds & Shutdown of Hydrocarbon / Polymer Plants

As a key member of Turnaround Maintenance Planning (TMP) group, my primary responsibility for the Planning & Scheduling role is to assemble and manage an optimized Overall Turnaround Network or Schedule with clearly indicated task criticalities and/or Critical Path in accordance with Turnaround needs, utilizing Work Plan Libraries, Equipment History, Maintenance Procedures & Technical Information’s. Gathers information from all departments in the refinery to compile, produce a comprehensive turnaround schedule. Works within Internal Scopes and External Service Contractors to develop and manage detailed schedules for both Capital and Maintenance turnaround work.

Role includes Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Reporting for Major Turnaround / Shutdown and to Develop and Maintain:

§  Scope of Work and Turnaround Job List preparation by active participation in Scope Challenge Review Process

§  Budget Preparation and Consolidation in active coordination with Operation/Maintenance departments and assistance by providing inputs on previous budget histories (Approved V/s Actual on Materials & Services), Resources / Manpower usage Statistics etc.

§  Work Plan / Preparation Plan for Turnaround & Monitoring of Progress against all preparation and milestone plans throughout Preparation Phases. Maintain & Record all periodic progress trends / histories as per Turnaround Premises definition and Preparation progress targets

§  Participate in Turnaround Readiness Assessment Process (TARAP) by SABIC AMS

§  Coordination with Maintenance, Operation, Projects (E&PM), Inspection & other Support departments for Turnaround preparation and execution

§  Turnaround Cost Management through SAP. Turnaround Risk Management through maintaining Risk Register and effective Mitigation

§  Integrated Resource Loaded Hourly Turnaround Master Schedule as per the Job List and Scope using PRIMAVERA P6 for Scheduling effort

§  Critical Path Identification & Optimization of Critical paths

§  Job Cards preparation for each Turnaround Jobs with details such as Activities, Resource, Duration, P&IDs/Drawings etc. Reviewing the same with responsible Departments & concerned individuals and Update in Turnaround Master Schedule

§  Job Packages preparation for all Turnaround Jobs

§  Resource (Manpower / Vendor, Specialist & Contractor / Heavy Equipment & Tools etc.) Planning, Optimization & Control. Providing Resource Loading/Usage Plan and Monitoring Actuals during execution

§  Turnaround & Shutdown Monitoring and Reporting during the entire Execution phase. Strongly adept and flexible in managing at any complexity; the overall Turnaround inter related activities by suitably guiding the Progress (Overall/Critical/Equipment Level/Discipline/Contractor/Projects: Plan & Actual), Daily Shift wise work plan, slippage and look ahead to the concerned

§  Turnaround Close Out Reports Preparation

§  Post Turnaround Critique Review and Reports Preparation

§  KPI Reports and Indices (Turnaround CPI/SPI, others SAP derived indices) as per SRRP (SABIC Reliability Recognition Program) Criteria. Serving as a focal point for turnaround KPI reporting on Schedule, Cost & Planning efficiencies
