- Managing large complex construction projects, including monitoring costs and scheduling performance analyses
- Providing key expertise to the project team in planning, tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Developing and monitoring all project phases, tracking cost and schedule baselines, work breakdown structures and related dictionaries, and completion estimates
- Developing the Basis of Estimates, and establishing change management and work authorization processes
- Interacting with subcontractors, ensuring appropriate accruals, material control, cost collection, technical performance, preparation of integrated accruals, and implementation of corrective actions
- Creating, maintaining and tracking the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including importing of independent schedules into the IMS
- Review the project scope, identifying major risks, and making recommendations to management
- Creating detailed time and cost schedules, utilising appropriate project management software
- Developing and presenting project updates and reports to management, including forecasted labor usage, required cash flow, and estimated completion dates
- Leveraging expertise with engineering processes and practices, including coordination, constructability, and international standards such as ASTM and BS
