Program Scheduler – IT Program of Works

  • Brought in to set up planning / scheduling processes for the 2011 IT Capex Program of Work.
  • Responsible for the creation of a centralised costed resource pool to be used in all 2011 IT Capital projects and Operational activities.
  • Responsible for the analysis and reporting of resource allocation to aid in capacity planning.
  • Provide support to project teams on the creation, development and resourcing of project schedules.
  • Identify and implement the use of scheduling ‘best practice’ techniques and standards.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of all projects within the 2011 Program of Work to ensure they are tracking to baseline targets.
  • Responsible for the introduction of improvements relating to planning and scheduling, such as earned value.
  • Responsible for reporting project variations against agreed baselines to Senior and Executive Management.
  • Responsible for the development of Operational and Strategic schedules for the Management team.
