Planning Services Manager.  Reported directly to Project Controls Director.

Responsible for: developing and updating standards and guides governing divisional Planning functions; developing and delivering training for planners and schedulers; recruiting planners and schedulers; interfacing with engineering, procurement, estimating and construction departments' managment and divisional management; developing standard schedule logic for reference plants; evaluating software for planning use; providing input for software development; assigning planners and schedulers to projects and regional offices; refereeing disputes about planning and scheduling practices on projects; providing and/or finding answers for technical questions about planning; supervising 2-4 direct reports; maintaining ties with planners and schedulers in regional offices; filling in for Project Controls Director in his absence.
