• Leadership and development of a planning team to achieve their work programmed, meeting all performance measures (cost, schedule, quality and safety).
• Effective communication within the Successor team, industrial partners, and customers both internal and external.
• Develop a test in trail plan for collaborated by vendors plan in combat system and platform equipment.
• Make Platform and combat system  integration  test and trail schedule
• Man hours control
• Set up Level 7 schedule for piping, mechanical, structural steel ,aluminum superstructure  and  accommodation
