a) From 1 Nov 2002 till 8 July 2003 in Smart Village & Beverly Healz Projects in Egypt

Smart Village was one building consists of basement + ground + 5 typical floors, area of one floor about 4,000 m2 the project value about 20,000,000 Egyptian Pounds.

Beverly Healz is under ground sewerage lines with project value about 15,000,000 Egyptian Pounds.

My Duties:

·  Build the time schedule (Base Line Program) and Recovery if required

·  Resource and Cost loading

·  Create all project curves ( Resource - Cash Flow )

·  Update time schedule

·  Follow Up and Prepare all required reports ( Daily - Weekly - Monthly )

·  Prepare the required reports for the progress meeting with the Client and Consultant

·  Make Data Base for the projects ( Letters, Submittals, RC Casting,..)

·  Quantity surveying and Invoice.

• Prepare Claim for Time Extension

b) From 15 Nov 1999 till 31 Oct 2002 In EZZ flat Steel Project, SIAC made all the concrete and Arch. Works for the new Flat Steel factory in Ein Sokhna - Egypt.

This project consists of more than 32 buildings such as: Steel Melt Shop - Preheating Tunnel - Scrap Yard - Run out Table - Roughing Area - Main Substation - …

Project Values About 140,000,000 Egyptian Pounds.

My Duties:

·  Make the time schedule (Base Line Program) and Recovery if required
