DHABI Contracting(UAE Company) from 8 Aug 2004 Till 15 May 2006 as a senior planning engineer in the following projects:-

a)International City Package 8 consists of 29 buildings each of them is ground floors + 4 floors typical. With total value 240,000,000 Dhs

b) DALMA Tower at Dubai - Shikh Zaied Road Consists of basement + ground floor + 40 floors with total project value about 250,000,000 Dhs,

c) ALYASSAT Tower at Dubai - Shikh Zaied Road Consists of ground floor + 40 floors with total project value about 230,000,000 Dhs,

My Duties:

·  Build the time schedule of all these projects (Base Line Program) and Recovery if required

·  Resource and Cost loading

·  Create all project curves ( Resource - Cash Flow )

·  Update time schedule

·  Follow Up and Prepare all required reports (Weekly - Monthly )

·  Coordinate the times schedules between Civil - Arch - MEP Teams

·  Cost Control For DALMA & ALYASSAT Tower Only

·  Prepare the required reports for the progress meeting with the Client and Consultant

·  Make Data Base for all DALMA and ALYASSAT Tower ( Letters, Submittals, RC Casting,..)

·  Control the Contractors with the Subcontractors and their Payments.
