Preparation of Tender Programme for LUPU 6 - Installation of 132kV HV Cable with associated route including Civil’s Elements and Bored Main Highways Crossing with associated Design, Procurement, Earthing & Bonding, and Cabling works.

Preparation of Tender Programme for Hammersmith Depot DC Power Upgrades - Track Isolation Switch installation with associated Design, Procurement, Installation of Civil bases, Earthing & Bonding, and Cabling works.

  • Preparation/Creation of P3e Integrated Master Program
    • Creation, Modification and Assignment of WBS, EPS, Project and User Codes, Layouts, Filters, Activities, Constrains and Milestones etc.
    • Analysing and Monitoring Contractors programs
    • Analysis of Critical Paths, P3e reports and Risk Reports
  • Cost Loading
  • Resource Loading
  • Preparation/Collation of Programme Narrative to enable understanding of how the Programme has been created and what the Programme demonstrates
  • Preparation/Collation of various Excel Spreadsheets to enable recording of deliverable items, costs and resources
  • Distribution of information to Project and Senior Management

LUPU 1a - Multiple Location Sub-Station Power Equipment Upgrades for the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines, encompassing Design, Procurement and Installation of Civil Works, HV Electrical Installation including Transformer Rectifiers, Auxillary Transformers, AC & DC Switchboards, Batteries & Chargers, LV System and Building Services Upgrades.

  • Preparation/Creation and Updating of P3e Integrated Master Program
    • Creation, Modification and Assignment of WBS, EPS, Project and User Codes, Layouts, Filters, Activities, Constrains and Milestones etc.
    • Analysing and Monitoring Contractors programs
    • Analysis of Critical Paths, P3e reports and Risk Reports
    • Assigning, Analysis and Updating Assigned Resources and Costs
  • Preparation/Collation of various Excel Spreadsheets to enable recording of deliverable items, costs and resources
  • Recording progress of site operations to P3e Program
  • Distribution of information to Project and Senior Management
  • Providing guidance and support to Junior Members of the Planning Team
