Key Skills; * Skilled in the development and implementation of forecasting and program tracking tools, various schedule analysis methods, progress reporting, and identifying program problem areas. * Involved with numerous projects from tendering and initiation through to close out and commissioning. He has exposure under various project models including Alliance, Joint Venture, D&C, and Large Programs of work. * Provided onsite engineering support, assisted with tender preparation, developed and monitored schedules and prepared resource forecasts. * Monitoring site progress and forecasting of project costs, preparing and managing critical shutdown programs, analysing program trends, and providing ongoing program support to the project teams. General Duties; * Monitoring construction and reporting on progress and productivity. * Preparation and review of construction and tender programs. * Preparation and tracking of detailed construction and staging programs. * Development and implementation of schedule management plans. * Identification and monitoring of delay events and preparation of extension of time claims. * General programming services including earned value reporting, progress and status reporting, and identification of risks and opportunities.
