  • Responsibilities
  • Deployed and managed multiple Projects such as Expansion of Ammunition Bunker’s, Villa Project & Commercial Buildings.
  • Preparation & Submission of Tender & Technical Submission.
  • Coordinated with the Consultant, Managing Contractor & local authorities for work inspections and approvals.
  • Conducted site progress review meetings for monitoring of project identifying problems related to work progress & highlighting of the same to the management.
  • As a Project Leader, facilitated & Co-ordinate with the Project Team for the day to day resources & materials.
  • Finalizing the Subcontractor & Issue LPO’s & Work Orders.
  • Preparation of Final Evaluation & Follow up’s for the Payment from the Client.

 

  • Analyzed & Resolved the Issues related to the site activities.
