- Responsible for developing high level deliverable schedule, detailed project plans within the stipulated time.
- As a Floor Plate Manager, successfully planned and managed the Major work packages like Structural Steel (10,000 MT ) , Roofing (50,000m2)& Cable net Glazing works , GFRG & GFRC ( 80,000m2) Ceiling & Airside IT Works .
- Closely monitored & Control of assigned work packages & providing the status reports, look ahead program .Co-coordinated & initiated meeting in case delay events with the Project Stakeholders.
- Participated in Weekly SPRINT meeting with the Client & Presenting the updates, Delays & the Action Plans.
- Assist in Tender Evaluation of Work packages & recommendations to the Client & Consultant’s from the Planning Prospective.
- Worked closely with the Nominated Subcontractors from the different Countries to understand approaching tasks and help point out risks and issues to alleviate future problems.
