- Project Schedule Development: Progress & Productivity Measurement, “S” Curves, KPI’s & Performance Dashboards.
- Preparation of Labor Histograms, Resource & Cost loading & Cash flow generation.
- Preparation of Accelerated Program, Mitigation Plans in case of Delay events & Reviewing Subcontractor’s Program.
- Progress monitoring of the performance of project through the Earned Value Analysis.
- Change Control: Maintain Variation log, Delay Notification’s & Extension of Time request’s (As Planned Vs As Built / Time Impact Analysis / Window Analysis).
