As a planner I provide planning and scheduling services for different clients:

Xstrata Coal QLD (Oct 2011 - Oct 2012)
I develop and maintain time-schedules for coal mines from study phase to start of coal extracting. Xstrata studies a number of coal mines in QLD. I have conducted Togara North Coal Mine and Rolleston Coal Mine planning / scheduling tasks and contributed in implementing project controls systems . As part of this system we have successfully linked Primavera P6 to Prism G2 for having an integrated project controls system and we used these two systems for Earned Value Reports and Analysis.
In this role I developed schedules to level 3 and then coordinated contractors to provide and maintain level 4,5,6 schedules to be used for updating the integrated level 3 schedule and so forth. These schedules used for reporting purposes and early identification of issues to take corrective actions. At the end of each reporting period, the information is sent from the Primavera schedules to Prism G2 for cash flow forecasts. 

Fyfe Engineering Co, Coal Seem Gas Project (Sep 2011 - Sep 2011)
I helped Fyfe to set up a baseline program for a CSG project with Santos. Then I designed a dashboard for Progress Reporting and Earned Value Reporting. Eventually I handovered the job to another planner to join a mega project in mining sector.
