- Develop and Control of the projects schedule, track and monitor progress, identify Critical Activity as an active project management tool.
- Ensure every Project Schedule and Cost spend plan align with CPDEP and coordinate it with Site Project Control Team.
- Follow up and communicating with FE Darajat and Salak Team Manager for regular review of project schedules and cost performance records and align with FE Department CAPEX budget Business Planning.
- Review of projects S-curves, resource histograms, progress reports, cost reports and forecast requirements for the balance of Projects works in Darajat and Salak Geothermal.
- Advise the FE Management and PMT of Projects Construction progress (the effects of the delay from delay analysis and Critical Path analysis) and impact to the annual FE Department CAPEX budget Business Planning.
