-           Prepare project time schedule for subdivision development for low cost & middle cost housing project.

-           Supervise group of AutoCAD operators in preparing subdivision development plan and residential building plan.

-           Estimate and prepare bill of materials for residential and subdivision development.

-           Handle acquisition of raw land for future projects / land-banking.

-           Coordinate with urban planner, foreign (Canadian/Australian) and local (Palafox ), to prepare schematic development plan for commercial and residential project.

-           Liaise with different government agencies to acquire future road developments to give us the idea where would be the best area for development in the future.

-           Coaches or trains, subordinates in their technical tasks and work behaviors.

-           Delegate assignments to subordinates.

-           Set performance standards.

-           Monitors and evaluates subordinates’ work/performance then corrects their deviant work practices or improves their performance.

-           Ensure subordinates’ compliance to company policies including the Discipline Code and Values of the Company.

-           Listens to subordinate’s concerns and tries to address them within the parameters of company policies.

-           Develops and maintains team orientation and collaboration in his/her work unit, including resolution of workplace conflicts among subordinates.

-           Performs administrative tasks related to supervision, like checking of time sheets and expense claims among others.

-           Performs other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time in support of the achievement of team goals.
