- Participate in the development of planned project schedules including accurate work together with Resource loading.
- Prepare project measurement reports which is in excel version of the work schedule showing the weights of all activities obtained from the costs and the progress as planned as well as the actual progress.
- Update & prepare weekly & monthly progress report showing the actual versus planned schedule.
- Monitor project schedule & priorities according to work sequence.
- Review critical path & progress percentages of the project then recommend solutions to avoid delays.
- Prepare Histograms, S-Curves, Resource Loading, Cost Loading, Productivity Curves and Look-ahead Schedules.
- Review Equipment Requirement & Manpower Requirement Program based on the Estimates.
- Prepare monthly productivity histogram on 20-Day Cycle Building Construction for 12 Teams.
- Ensure that drawing schedules and material delivery schedules are well planned and in accordance with construction sequence of the planned project.
- Monitor project performance using Earned Value method.
- Ensure proper monitoring of Planned versus Actual Progress including accurate work quantities and resources.
- Attend internal and client’s meeting constantly and provide hands-on assistance and support to keep the project schedule up to date.
- Assists Senior Planning Manager in Extension of Time preparation by creating window analysis program, resource loading, cost loading and leveling.
