AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

• Highway: Site Inspection & construction supervision of Embankment with different nature of material including sub-grade, Sub-Base, Aggregate Base Course, D.S.T, T.S.T & Asphalt activities.
• Flyovers & Bridges: Site Inspection & construction supervision of Piles, Pile caps, Pier, Transom, Girder, Stressing, Deck Slab, Expansion Joints, N.J. Barrier etc.
• Planning & Scheduling: Preparing planning schedules (PERT form) using P-6 / P-3 software, Developing project work breakdown structure, Sequencing and organizing project activities, Producing reports from P-6.
• Contract management: Preparing contract documents of projects in hand, supervision & monitoring of contractor's works in accordance with design specifications and contract documents.

Duties assigned as Assistant Project Engineer:

• Preparing concept papers, pre-feasibility report, feasibility report, presentations & working papers for the upcoming projects.
• Preparing land acquisition statements, structure assessments & cost estimates of the projects.
• Preparing Engineer’s Cost Estimate & other bidding documents
• Interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings, reviewing & vetting tender documents.
• Ensuring that the contractor's works are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and contract documents.
• Liaise with contractor for resolution of project issues, in addition to concerned authorities when required; e.g. Shifting of LESCO, SNGPL, WAPDA, WASA utilities lines & network coming in the right of way of project.
• On site surveillance of construction works including contractor supervision to ensure appropriate industry practices, municipality compliance and contract agreement.
