Brownfield modification consisting of additional Coalescer Cantilever Platform and MEG Regeneration Unit. Client (ConocoPhillips) requiring extensive Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting. Extensive data manipulation and migration exercises executed frequently ensuring sound principles of Project Control. Capturing all elements of growth within the scope of work. Identifying Impacts on Delivery Dates. Responsible for Database Design (SQL) together with data migration techniques between Planning Software, Time-writing Software and Progress Recording Database. Interfacing with Document Control, Construction and Commissioning. Extensive Job Card Management System (JMS) knowledge – allocation of Work Breakdown Structure of Job Carded Activities. General Foremen Management – task assessing and identifying. Jobcard approval / sequencing / progress driving / completions
