a.     With Microsoft project planning and scheduling software, defined and sequence its activities, estimated its resources, estimated the activities durations and finally developed the Master Program of Work as the project baseline schedule which was continually monitored and updated during the project’s progress.

b.     Schedule of various approved scope changes was incorporated into the baseline schedule and became a major component in the analysis and presentation of the project time extension claims.

c.     Understand contract documents, construction drawings and technical specification; analysis of rates, creation of claims, extra items for deviations.

d.     Coordinating between Site and HO for maintaining ERP Applications and MIS reporting.
