• ·         Coordination of design development, tender process and execution works
• ·         Development, monitoring and tracking of high level delivery programmes and FF&E programmes
• ·         Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• ·         Quantity take-off and verification of consultant supplied bill of quantities (BoQ)
• ·         Technical evaluation of contractors programmes, setting up procedures for planning/progress reporting
• ·         Review and validation of consultants and contractors progress claims
• ·         Coordination with the site team in relation to Quality Controls, monitoring of results and compiling them into progress reports
• ·         Procurement of construction materials
• ·         Quality control of concrete works
