Working as a project engineer/project manager I delivered number of fit-out projects for various branches of ANZ Bank and Commonwealth Bank CBA in South Australia and modification works for Telstra exchanges. Cost of these projects varied from AUD 50,000 to AUD 1.5million. All projects were carried out under Project & Construction Management contract. Key responsibilities on the projects are below.

• ·         Working with clients to implement business strategy and allocated funds utilisation
• ·         Preparation and presentation of expense and profit forecasts for the business
• ·         Contracts management
• ·         Project design management
• ·         Preparation of detailed projects scope and getting it approved by clients
• ·         Preparation of project budgeting and cash flows
• ·         Delivery of projects to the satisfaction of End Users
• ·         Writing project delivery plans, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) plans, identification of EHS risk, analysis and mitigation plans and review of contractors method statements
• ·         Engagement with the local councils of projects to get necessary approval prior to execution of works
• ·         Monitoring and assurance of quality, health & safety and environmental standards
• ·         Coordination with Clients, architects, consultants, contractors and end users
